"I bought an 06 LTR-450 from one of your competitors (you guys only had 07’s for $600 more and I was trying to save a buck) and it blew up with 2 hours on it; a piece of the piston broke off. They had it in the shop for 3 weeks rebuilding the whole top end. Got it back and it still didn’t feel like it ran right, but I put 10 easy hours on it to see if it would improve after it broke in; and it didn’t. So I took it to your service department and paid for the breakin service and your tech found that the cam timing was off. It runs awesome now! Thanks for the great service; when I buy my next sand toy it will be from Hahm, even if I have to pay more for it!"

"I want this to make it to James Simmons. I drive for a company called Roadway Express. I'm also a Proud Teamster. I have learned a lot from them in the last 20 years. Like patients and (things happen). My new kawasaki Vulcan was suppose to be ready at 3pm but unbeknown to James there was a safety meeting at your shop. James was so worried I'd be upset but I was ecstatic that my bike was in and I was getting it that day. I understand why companies have safety meetings and nothing should stand in the way of safety. Even costumers like me. But I have to give Mr. Simmons a Fantastic commendation for helping getting my ride ready. It took a few hours but it was OK with me. It gave me a chance to leasurely shop around your place and I also ran into a coworker of mine there. I usually don't send messages like this, but i tip my hat to your man James Simmons. "Attn: General manager Anaheim store. Just wanted to take a couple of minutes to tell you how pleased I was by the proffesional service I received from your sales person JAY. He took the time to get to know my expectations as a rider to help me buy a quad that would best suit my needs. There was no pressure to buy just exceptional customer service. A friend of mine had purchased a bike from hahm motorsports and wasn't very pleased with the service there sales person provided. After I told my friend about the quality customer service I had received from Jay he said that next time he buys a bike he will ask for Jay by name. The same goes for me and if I have any friends looking for a bike i'll tell them to ask for Jay. "The sales man at the anaheim store named cory was really great helped me out on price and was helpful to find my right ski. the desk and finacing part took for ever. I was just writting a check not sure what took so long but the parts dept was huge and very helpful. i was walked to the service dept by cory just so i would get familiar. i think the prices are a bit high but hopefully its for the great sevice i have already recieved. i dont mind paying a bit more the royal treatment. thank you hahm "

"I don't usually do this, but I ran into Hahm by default, as you did a buy/sell on the Newport Beach location. I am sure there will be changes at the NB location, but I hope not with your existing personnel. Today, Kelly in the shop, did some adjustment on my GXSR, which I appreciated, but more importantly Kelly and your parts staff actually took the time to speak with me. Your staff actually answered all my legimate questions with professionalism (knowledge) and moreover, showed a touch of class you don't find at all motorsports dealerships. "I would like to take the time to send a letter of congratulations, to one of your workers. John Henneke is his name, He works in the warranty dept now, but I knew John when he started out doing Write up’s, even at that time he was a special person i.e.: Good employee, He always gives you the impression that he cares, he looks you in the eye when you speak to him, as well as when he speaks to you etc... At this time John stood out to me because, I needed to bring my bike in for some repairs, John greeted me with kindness and respect, then proceeded to ask me what it was that he could do for me. I informed John of the service that I was requiring, and with out a blink he took me to a service write up person, and with out so much as looking at a piece of Paper John Began to Tell the Write up person That I had a Honda 1100 Shadow Aero, That is was Purchased at Hahm, and that I had Purchased the warranty also, he even knew when it expired, to boot he remembered what I last brought my bike into Hahm for. Now that’s service, Can John do this to and for ever customer? I don’t know and does not matter to me, He made me feel special, in knowing details of my Rig, and that is what matters to me, now that’s Customer Service from a company employee. And yet he is in the warranty Dept. (Good Place for Him.) My Rig has been at Hahm Longer than I feel that it Should take to Fix, the Problems, but because of John’s Kind and Caring Nature, as well as his above average Customer Service, it allows me to swallow the extra time it is taking to fix my Rig, As Well, now I will Consider Hahm Motor Sports when it’s time to purchase my VTX 1800. That’s customer service. Hooray for John. I will send this E-mail to Lou Nanos Director of Service & Parts Operations; as well I will give him a hard copy when I go to pick up my Rig. MR. BUTLER "
